Returns, Replacement, & Refunds Policy – An Overview

  • At SwagBazaar, we make every possible attempt to put our products through a rigorous quality checks at every step. All possible steps are undertaken to ensure every order reaches its destination in a secure manner and is handed over to the correct recipient.Ā Our returns, replacement, and refund policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, we canā€™t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Ā We therefore require the recipients to carefully examine the package and bring it to the notice of the delivery associate in case anything abnormal like a torn, punctured, or open package is received. The recipient must also ensure to make an unboxing video of the package under suitable lighting conditions for the product to be eligible for any returns, replacement, or refunds.
  • Once a return request is received, we would arrange a pick-up and perform a subsequent quality check to examine the complaint of the product for material defects. Upon successful validation of the complaint, a replacement product would be issued where the shipping cost would be borne by us.Ā Refund or replacement will be initiated only once we receive your item and pass it through the necessary quality checks.
  • Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.Ā In cases where a replacement is not readily available, a refund may be issued.
  • For all branded electronic items, we may additionally need a document from the OEM service centre confirming that the delivered product had material defects. All costs relating to procuring such a document(s) is to be borne by the buyer.
  • Items being requested for a return should not be used, washed, altered / tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty / guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these. Items with locks / passwords should be returned unlocked / disabled.
  • Some items are bound by the brand’s specific policies regarding repair, exchange and returns. These policies would also be binding on the customer.

Items sold as sets / combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.

Mobile phones should be returned in their original brand package with all accessories intact and CDs / DVDs, Precious Jewellery which should be returned in tamper-proof packaging only.

Refurbished and unboxed items can only be returned and not replaced.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Ā IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount provided the item cannot be restockedĀ and delivered within the next 15 business days from the date of replacementĀ request.
  • Items with locks / passwordsĀ should be returned unlocked / disabled.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For the purpose, kindly share the invoice email and package unboxing video by sending it to care@swagbazaar.com from your registered email address.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Under no circumstances can the amount of refunds exceed the invoiced value of product(s) undergoing returns.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days. If the original payment mode has expired or is no longer valid, we will refund you through one of the modes as verified by our customer service team.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you havenā€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If youā€™ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@swagbazaar.com.

Items On Sale

Items under sale would only be eligible to receive refunds to the extent of the invoice amount.

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to our fulfilment centre at: 90, First Floor, Pkt B-8, Sec-4, Rohini, Delhi – 110085.
  • We shall arrange for the return pick-up but the return packaging costs would need to be borne by the customer. Once you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • We do not guarantee a safe receipt of the returned item.
